Fairview, Lewes: From Groundworks to Completion
Here’s a process video capturing the construction of our Fairview project, a contemporary, low-energy family home now complete.
The video documents the build from initial groundworks through to the finished house, offering a clear view of how the design has been realised on site. Built on the footprint of a former chalet bungalow, the project demonstrates how careful planning, coordination, and craftsmanship come together to deliver a high-quality home.
Designed to make the most of its elevated setting and expansive views, Fairview combines strong environmental performance with a considered architectural response to its surroundings. Achieving an EPC A (104A), the house reflects a fabric-first approach supported by integrated low-energy systems.
This process film highlights not only the transformation of the site, but also the level of detail and collaboration involved at each stage of construction, from structure and envelope to the final material finishes.
Fairview stands as an example of how an existing site can be reimagined into a sustainable, light-filled home designed for modern family living.
