Fairview, Lewes: From Groundworks to Completion

Here’s a process video capturing the construction of our Fairview project, a contemporary, low-energy family home now complete.

Built on the footprint of a former chalet bungalow, the project demonstrates how careful planning, coordination, and craftsmanship come together to deliver a high-quality home.

Designed to make the most of its elevated setting and expansive views, Fairview combines strong environmental performance with a considered architectural response to its surroundings. Achieving an EPC A (104A), the house reflects a fabric-first approach supported by integrated low-energy systems.
