We’re absolutely thrilled to share that Chamfer Houses has been shortlisted as a finalist in the “Best Design for Three Storeys or Fewer” category at this year’s Housebuilder Awards!

Chamfer Houses is a bold and elegant development of three new family homes in Roedean, Brighton – combining contemporary coastal living with thoughtful design and Modern Methods of Construction. From the stepped form that follows the hillside topography to the precision-engineered modular timber frames craned into place on site, this project is all about function, form, and flow.

Being recognised among the best in the industry is a huge honour, and we couldn’t be prouder of the team, the collaboration, and the result. Fingers crossed for the awards night!
