Dan is a founding member and director of HAPA Architects in Brighton. Dan has a keen understanding of the intricacies of local and national planning policy, he has helped to develop and facilitate new houses for the UK market through housing developments, mixed use and residential developments. He has worked closely with developers over the past years to maximize building potential on projects, while conserving keen architectural sensibilities and creating housing and commercial developments which are in high demand. More recently, Dan has been working with high end clients to achieve some very large and striking projects in the Cobham and Oxshott areas of Surrey. Dan’s work though a previous practice included the award-winning Dyke Road Avenue project, which was awarded the RIBA Manser Medal as part of the Sterling Prize. This project was a retro-fit and extension of an existing building.
