Planning Submitted for Frimley Extra Care Development

We have submitted planning for Frimley Extra Care Development, an innovative project by SageHaus Living. Designed for residents aged 65 and over with assessed care needs, the scheme will feature 49 extra care units centred around a community hub and set within tranquil landscaped gardens.

The development embraces a biophilic design, integrating nature to enhance residents’ well-being, with features such as communal gardens, walking paths, and natural light-filled spaces. Sustainability is at its core, using Modern Methods of Construction and renewable energy to minimise environmental impact.

The existing Loen House will be repurposed into a central hub offering 24-hour care, a bistro, and communal spaces to foster community and reduce isolation.

This project represents a major step in providing sustainable, high-quality housing for older residents, and we look forward to starting work soon. For more information on this project check it out here.
