This housing and mixed used development comprises of 9, 3-storey dwellings, and 1, 3-storey office unit. The office unit was located at the end of the run, also aligning the road. The dwellings make good use of the site and each include for a 2nd floor terrace, front and back garden spaces. The site is located close to a railway line so sound transference was a element that had to be designed into the scheme.
